Romans 12:9
_"Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;"_
*#Love Must Be Sincere
The affection of love towards one another must be with sincerity. You cannot claim to love your neighbor and still be playing pranks, while relating with them. Many people shows fake love in the external, which does not flow from the depth of the heart. Their smiling faces is just a camouflage covered with deceit beneath.
True love is sincere, it is unconditional. The attitude of the other person should not determine the degree of love that flows from you. We learned from the bible that, we should love our enemies. Love is part of our identity in Christ, we should be an embodiment of love despite what others might have done to us. Our identity of love should not be influenced by the negative attitude of others. God our Father is love, and love all His creation with equity. He gives rain to both the righteous and the wicked.
_"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?"_ (Matthew 5:44-46)
True love hates what is evil and embrace that which is good. Hate evil and wickedness that sinners does, but love the sinners in person and let your bowels flows with compassion to reach out to them with the love God. Don't marry someone out of pity, if you do not sincerely love the person.
