Matthew 7:13
_"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."_
*#Enter Through the Narrow Gate*
The way of salvation is through the narrow gate. We ought to lay aside every weight and the sin, which do easily beset us and run with patience the race that is set before us. (Heb. 12:1). Working out your salvation with fear and trembling. (Phil. 2:12). You cannot enter through the narrow gate with the heavy laden, you have to drop them off at Calvary, as you come to Jesus. (Matt. 11:28).
Many are not finding it easy to lay off the weight and the sin that does easily beset us and they couldn't enter through the narrow gate, and have switched to the broadway, which leads to destruction. The gate there is wide and could accommodate their luggages of lusts and pride.
The way and the gate that leads to life is narrow and only few find it. It's not an easy road, there are lot of things to endure. The cross have to be before them that trod the path, while they follow. It's the way that keeps men heavenly focused with the understanding that, they are just passing through the world. There is an eternal joy, set before them that trod this path and won't allow anything in the world to take their sight off the glory.
Make a choice today, to enter through the narrow gate and forsake anything that would hinder you from entering into life. Cease from trodden the path of death and destruction. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Rom 6:23).

Heavenly Father, I appreciate you for your great love towards me. Let my eyes of understanding be enlightened, as I choose to walk through the narrow way and the strait gate, in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
