Amos  5:24
 _"But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream."_

The Lord God almighty is a God of justice and righteousness. He is the righteous judge and He will judge the world in righteousness. Though, justice might be perverted by men in our generation. It's our desire that God will bring down His righteous judgement upon the world, for there is so great wickedness in the land.

The fact that God is silent doesn't mean he has neglected judgement. He is patient with us, that we may amend our ways and not be consumed in His wrath, for he knows that we are but grass. (Isaiah 40:6). Who can stand, when God is angry? Many times the children of men have provoked the wrath of God, if not for Jesus who still makes intercession for the church. God has not fully poured out His judgement, because the church still abides in the world.

It's our prayer that judgement runs down as water from the throne of God, upon all His enemies and righteousness as mighty stream upon all His people. Let's repent and turn to God.

#PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I praise your name for whom you are. Let justice and righteousness prevail over the nations and people in Jesus name. Amen!
