_2 Samuel  22:26 With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful, and with the upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright.  22:27 With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury.  22:28 And the afflicted people thou wilt save: but thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down._

*#God will Save the Afflicted People*

God is a merciful Father and his looking for whom to show mercy. 'He will have mercy on whom he will have mercy and compassion on whom he will have compassion.' God's mercy is automatic  for those who are also merciful to others around them. 'Blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy.'

There are principles that automatically position you to receive from God. God will recompense the side you take. He will show himself upright to the upright man.

God will save the afflicted people, it is a promise. The enemy rejoices in the afflictions of people. But, God is after their salvation and deliverance. He is able to deliver them from it all. He is the help of the helpless.

Affliction is a state of humbleness. Whosoever remain humble in that condition will receive help from God but the haughty will he bring down.

Bartimaeus the son of Timaeus, who was under the affliction of blindness heard that Jesus was passing by, he couldn't hold his peace. He cried out for help! The people around tried to resist him and shut him up, but he was not ashamed to shout the more. He cried out until Jesus stood still and hearkened unto him.

_"Mark  10:49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.  10:50 And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.  10:51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.  10:52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way."_

In what area are you experiencing affliction today? The same Jesus is still alive to hear your cry,  tell him what you want him to do and the promise to save the afflicted people shall be fulfilled.

#God bless you
