_Genesis  1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.  1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.  1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth._

 *#Created in God's Image*

The Trinity of God decided to make man in their image and likeness. At creation, when you mirror the image of man, what you see his God's image and likeness before sin crept in. What a glory man fall short of, when Adam and Eve disobeyed God in the garden, where he placed them in the beginning.

The original ordination of God was for man to have dominion over every other created things. He handed over the earth to man but he was not to rule independently on his own but to depend on the creator and follow his guidance.

Eve was deceived by the serpent in the garden to eat of the forbidden fruit, which the Lord God has commanded them not to eat and she also gave her husband. (Gen. 3) As a result of the disobedience, man fall short of the glory they were created with to have dominion.

But, Christ came to the world to set us free from the power of sin and restore the lost glory, through his death on the cross of Calvary. He rose up on the third day to seal the victory over sin and death.

_"Romans  6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life."_

God has planned the restoration of his image in man by the predestination of man to be conformed to the very image of his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

_"Romans  8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.  8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified."_

The more you behold Christ daily through his word, the more you are transformed into his image and likeness, which is the perfect God's image in the very beginning. Learn to become more like Christ and see the reflection of God's image everyday inside of you.

#God bless you
