_John  13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.  13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another._

 *#Love One Another*

We need to first of all understand, how Christ has loved us in order to be able to show the same measure of love to one another. Christ demonstrated his love towards us by the things he suffered. He defended the disciples while he was with them. The love he has for them was to an extent, that it was difficult for an outsider to identify Jesus Christ among the disciples. The  Pharisees needed to penetrate, through one of the disciples to be sure that they arrest the right person that they were after. And, they achieved it through Judas Iscariot, who sold Jesus to them for thirty pieces of silver. Jesus loved all the disciples, but he was betrayed by one of them as he had already foretold.

The master gave the disciples a new commandment before he left them in the world, that they should love one another, as he has loved them. He has set up an example for them to follow.

_"John  15:13  Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."_

The extent to which Jesus as loved us was that, he laid down his life for us, that we may live and be saved. There is nothing that you do, that can be too much for the brethren in Christ. Love was the foundation of the early church. They had everything in common.

_"Acts  4:34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,  4:35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need."_

That, was an evidence that the early disciples were obedience to the new commandment that the Lord gave them. They were passionate about it. There is a big gap between today's church and the early church, because we have let down the bond of love among ourselves.

Love must come back, for revival to breakout in our assemblies. The individual of us must work towards loving one another, because we already have the love of God inside of us. 'Love covers multitudes of sin.' We might have been offended several times, but it is not an enough excuse to hold back from loving again and again.

Jesus has said, that it is by this that all men will know that we are his disciples. Love is a virtue that reveals our identity, as a true follower of Jesus Christ. We are branded by love, love gave birth to us and we can't but also love one another.

#God bless you

Thank you Father, for the love that you have bestowed upon me. May others around me experience your love through me, in Jesus name. Amen!
