📍 *Putting Confidence in God*📍

The flesh is weak, but the Lord is strong. We should put confidence in God, because He's able to help us in our weaknesses. The Lord can be trusted and He will not fail, if our confidence is put in Him. The peace that He gives is not as the world gives. He has given us the promise of His presence, which is the basis for our confidence.
We ought to live with the assurance that, the Lord is with us and not be afraid. 'What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?' (Romans 8:31). Circumstances of life will definitely come to challenge us, people may also arise to fight against us, but they can not succeed in their wicked plots, because they will first encounter the Lord, before they touches us.
The Lord has given a charge concerning His servants, 'Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.' (Psalms 105:15). It's so sweet to trust in the Lord and rest upon His promises. He has promised not to leave nor forsake His people. Only ensure that, you are always on the Lord's side and He will always be on your side.
