♐ *Let no Man Glory in Men*

 _'For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with my God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; (1 Corinthians 3:19-21)_

There's tendency to get carried away with the admiration of the wisdom of the great men in the world. But, we ought to see in the light of the scriptures concerning the wisdom of this world. It's foolishness to our God. That's, exactly the way that God see the wisdom of this world, irrespective of the glory and honour that comes with it. 

The scriptures says further that, the Lord knows the thought of the wise that they are vain. The better we understand and realize that the wisdom of this world in all is array of glory is vanity, the better for us to cease to glory in men but in God the creator of the heaven and earth. 

All things are for our  edification and benefits, we are raised by God to serve one another. The glory is not to men, but unto God.  'Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; And ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's. (1 Corinthians 3:22-23). 

🙏PRAYER 

Thank you Father, for the understanding of the truth of your word. I cease to glory in men, and return all the glory to my Lord and Saviour. Amen!
