_"And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and thou heardest my voice."_

The LORD WILL HEAR YOUR CRY

The LORD is a compassionate Father. He doesn't ignore the cry of His people in distress. Oh! What a grace we often forfeit, what a needless pain we bear? All because we do not carry everything to God in prayers. Your afflictions should push you closer to God, rather than taking you away from seeking His face. 'Many are the affliction of the righteous, but the Lord delivers them from it all.'
Jonah cried unto the Lord by the reason of his affliction and he was heard by God. The affliction was caused by his disobedience, yet God heard his cry when he remembered to call upon God in his distress. He obtained mercy, even though the situation seems hopeless. The experience he had in the belly of the fish was like hell. He said, he cried out of the belly of hell and the LORD heard his voice.
There are certain situations, which are beyond your control and you can't help yourself out. The LORD is merciful, if you will reach out for His mercy in your distress. He will hear your voice, when you cry out for help. There's no one that calls upon the Lord in the times of need that He denies help. He will receive you unto Himself, the moment your heart is turned towards Him to do His will. Settle any matter in your heart with God, so that you can have peace and see His great salvation.

Thank you Lord for your mercies endures forever. Hear my heart cry oh Lord and deliver my life, family, church, and nation from all our distresses by your mighty power, in Jesus name. Amen!!!
