Psalms 23:4
_'Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.'_
*#I will Fear no Evil*
This was the conviction of the psalmist, because he acknowledged the presence of God. The disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ were greatly afraid, when a great storm arose in the sea, 'in so much that the ship was covered with the waves, but the master was asleep.'
They came to the Lord and woke Him up. 'Saying, Lord, save us: we perish.' 'And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. (Matthew 8:26).
The feeling of the presence of the Lord, should drive away fear. So far, the Lord was in that ship safety is guaranteed. Though, He was sleeping physically, as if He doesn't care in the sight of the disciples, but the truth is that, He was fully with them, and that is sufficient for their safety.
The Lord is with you, when you walk through the darkest valley, as a child of God. Therefore, fear no evil and fully trust in the great arms of the Lord to see you through. His presence brings comfort and peace in the midst of the storms. I will fear no evil!

Lord Jesus, I thank you for your peace and comfort in the midst of the storms of life. I pray that, my heart shall not fear any evil. You will be my hope and stay, in Jesus name. Amen!
